Billy Magnussen

Billy Magnussen

Fitness Regime: For “Twelve” Billy Magnussen was required to bulk up by 25 pounds in only 4 months. He began training by running and lifting weights 5 days per week. Now that the film is behind him, Billy stays in shape with a combination of gym workouts and his favorite activities. He enjoys rock climbing, casual games of basketball, and bike rides in New York City. When he’s planning a gym workout, Billy starts with 10 minutes of cardio (like running or biking) and then performs a variety of weight lifting exercises to target his shoulders, back, and arms.
