Fitness Regime: Chelsea has trouble sticking to exercise routines, but when she found Pilates she was finally able to make it work.

Diet Regime: After growing up with unhealthy eating habits and struggling with yo-yo dieting, Chelsea finally consulted a nutritionist and learned to stick with better eating habits. Her meal plan for a typical day might be oatmeal with protein powder and flax seeds for breakfast, turkey and arugula salad as a mid-morning snack, sushi for lunch, and grilled fish, chicken, or turkey meat loaf with a green salad for dinner. She lets herself indulge occasionally in her weakness for Doritos, but throws the bag away before she eats more than a few. Chelsea also lets herself enjoy the occasional cocktail and dinner out with friends.

Goals: A slim, healthy bod
