Diet Regime: Catherine eats three meals per day and doesn’t snack. She generally eats healthily but doesn’t banish carbs like pasta. She doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, but loves fish. One of her favorites is a smoked salmon sandwich with potato chips inside.
