Melissa Rycroft
Fitness Regime: Melissa found herself in the best shape of her life after training 8 hours per day everyday when prepping for “Dancing with the Stars.” She cut back on exercise afterwards and now follows a more normal routine of 2-3 mile runs 4-6 times per week with at-home strength training. She enjoys her workouts not only for their toning benefits but also for a bit of alone time and stress relief.

Diet Regime: Melissa doesn’t diet. Instead, she tries to eat at home and makes healthy choices to keep in shape. She cooks healthy, lean foods like chicken on most days, but allows herself to go out about once per week. She occasionally lets herself indulge in fast food cravings by ordering a kids meal instead of the more unhealthy full-sized version.
