Kara DioGuardi
Fitness Regime: Kara got in bikini shape with a combination of workouts and healthy eating. She works out 4 times weekly with a 2 mile run or 25 minutes of other cardio work (boxing, treadmill, step-ups, walking lunges, sprinting, etc). She works out with a trainer doing strengthening exercises to tone her upper body.

Diet Regime: To carve a trim figure, Kara made a habit of cooking healthily. She makes things like vegetable stir-fries, pasta with shrimp, and lean chicken dishes. Kara also makes sure to drink plenty of water. She fills up two large bottles each day and leaves them in sight so she remembers to keep drinking them.
Goals: A bikini bod at 40
