Fitness Regime: Selita is naturally thin, so she avoids rigorous cardio workouts to avoid getting too thin. When she has a show coming up she goes to the gym 5 days per week for about an hour. Working with a trainer she focuses on weight training and on toning her core. For Selita workouts are about gaining muscle tone, not becoming super slim.
