Fitness Regime: Amy does Pilates twice per week with an instructor. She also walks often and gives herself an extra work out here and there, for instance, by taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Diet Regime: Amy isn’t a dieter, but she has tried detoxing before – for stress busting rather than weight loss. One particular detox/fast involved taking Chinese herbs in the morning and then eating fruits and vegetables for the rest of the day.
