Fitness Regime: Neil follows a circus-based workout routine at the Cirque School in Los Angeles. His training circuit includes swinging on a trapeze, core-strengthening exercises, and moves on the ring. Neil supplements his circus workouts with more traditional strength training and cardio. He also practices Pilates and yoga.

Diet Regime: Neil has a high metabolism, but he still tries to pay attention to what he eats. He tries to avoid eating a huge breakfast and tends to eat several small meals a day instead of a few larger ones. His biggest weakness might be Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. “When you eat one you automatically have to eat seven,” he says.
