Fitness Regime: When had more time, she worked out with a trainer 3 days per week, but when work for “The Office” got more demanding, she found she didn’t have time for much exercise. Instead she now focuses on eating a healthy diet. When she gained 10 pounds after a back injury that kept her from exercising, she waited until her recovery and worked off the extra weight with hiking and a better diet.

Diet Regime: Jenna eats healthily and stays away from foods with preservatives. One of her favorite healthy treats is sushi. She eats it once or twice per week.
