Diet Regime: Claudia is extremely careful about what she eats. She avoids caffeine and doesn’t drink alcohol, even on special occasions. She eats healthily but says she doesn’t diet. She eats only fruits and veggies before noon and snacks on tomato juice, grapes, and herbal teas to keep her appetite at bay. Claudia is also careful to keep herself hydrated with plenty of water.
