Fitness Regime: Christina was a dancer until age 19 and until then never worried about working out or eating right. These days, however, she goes to the gym regularly and enjoys a good workout. She uses a treadmill for cardio (though she finds it boring) and does weight training with the aid of a BOSU ball. She mixes up her workouts to keep things interesting.

Diet Regime: Christina hasn’t entirely thrown out any foods from her diet. Her favorites are salty, creamy foods like French onion dip with chips. She also enjoys cappuccinos and doesn’t hesitate to cook with fatty, but tasty and healthy food choices like avocados and olive oil. Nevertheless, she tries to make healthier choices for her well-being. She makes a big pot of soup eat week for a light meal and a healthy snack throughout the week. Christina is known for her curves and has been asked to lose weight for different roles, but she’s proud and happy with her womanly curves.
