Fitness Regime: Usain Bolt is a running star, but he does more than just run to be prepared for the track. He does flexibility training both before and after his workouts which include both plyometric and weight training. In addition to his running and balance work, he spends an hour in the gym six days per week.

Diet Regime: Usain doesn’t follow the healthiest diet. He says he doesn’t have breakfast and eats quite a few chicken nuggets. However, his trainers encourage him to eat healthily which he (likely) does most of the time.

Goals: Be the worlds fastest man
