Fitness Regime: Uma doesn’t have a regular routine, but she squeezes in workouts whenever she can. She tries do something everyday even if it’s just walking. She also enjoys horseback riding, skiing, snowboarding, and Pilates. She steps up her workouts for film roles such as “Kill Bill” where she worked out for hours 6 days per week.

Diet Regime: Uma sometimes restricts herself to a macrobiotic diet of 50% brown rice, 20% beans, and 30% leafy green veggies, but says she can’t follow it all the time. When not on the diet she enjoys Italian food, white tea, cappuccinos, red wine, and chocolate chip cookies.
