Fitness Regime: Alley has been known for her struggles with her weight. After regaining quite a bit of weight after sliming down with the Jenny Craig diet, Kirstie began a fitness routine with a trainer in order to lose the weight and get in shape. She exercises for an hour per day in the pool or in her home gym. She also enjoys dancing for a fun, healthy workout.
