Fitness Regime: Sean Faris works out several times per week giving him self breaks between sessions to prevent wearing out his muscles. In addition to gym workouts he tries a variety of sports and physical activities to make his body more versatile. During his workouts he tends to focus the core. He prefers using free weights without a belt to make sure he focuses on keeping his midsection tight. He prefers slow, controlled movements with smaller weights to less stable movements with heavier weights – form is important to building strong muscle.

Diet Regime: Sean cooks at home as much as possible in order to control what goes into his food. Grilling lean meats and vegetables is a healthy way to go. He avoids processed foods, instead opting for fresh, natural fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. He allows himself to cheat on occasion and believes in the once-in-a-while big cheat instead of smaller more frequent deviations from healthy eating.
