Linda Hamilton
Fitness Regime: For Terminator 2, Linda lost 12 pounds with both diet and exercise. She ran, rode a bike, swam, climbed stairs, did free weights, mini-trampoline drills, walking lunges, and abdominal work. She trained 6 days per week for 3 hours. She also took on judo and heavy duty military training, even down to learning to load clips and change magazines.

Diet Regime: Exercise was the driving force behind Linda’s weight loss. She smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day and ate lots of cake when training for Terminator 2.
