Paul Walker
Fitness Regime: Paul Walker serves as his own personal trainer. He believes the best way to be fit is simply to practice a sport everyday. Walker uses martial arts to help lean out his muscles and improve his speed, balance, flexibility, and coordination. He spends 2 hours per day practicing Brazilian jujitsu followed by an hour of Muay Thai. After that he hits the beach for his favorite activity: surfing.

Diet Regime: Walker doesn’t follow a strict diet. He learned to eat healthily growing up and continues to do so. He generally chooses foods low in fat and stays away from sugar.
