Fitness Regime: Keira has a naturally lean figure, but to prepare for her role in “King Arthur” she took on intense workouts to get in better shape. She worked out for 2 hours 4 days per week for three months. In addition to her workouts she practiced archery, horseback riding, and sword fighting.

Diet Regime: To complement her workouts and help build muscle, Knightley adopted a low-carb, high-protein diet while preparing for King Arthur. However, with her natural slimness she can generally get by with a less rigid diet.
