Camilla Belle
Fitness Regime: Camilla has trained intensely for action roles in films like “When a Stranger Calls.” For that role, she was required to learn to run and sprint correctly and spent two months going to the gym to lift weights for more than an hour at a time to bulk up a bit. When she’s not prepping for a physically demanding film she stays in shape with dance, regular Hatha yoga workouts, push-ups, and light weight training. She dislikes running.
