Fitness Regime: Brooke enjoys aerobics and weight training with her trainer Karen Voight. Voights program includes weights, cardio, and flexibility exercises. For Brooke’s post pregnancy regime, Voight designed a workout of gentle Pilates and yoga-like stretches. After her second child was born she lost the weight with regular hiking and spinning classes.

Diet Regime: Brooke doesn’t deny herself foods she loves. Instead she watches her portion sizes and tries to eat small amounts throughout the day rather than fewer but larger meals.
