Fitness Regime: Though he’s not a fan of exercise, Robert works out with trainer Harley Pasternak. Following the 5 Factor program, he works out for at least 25 minutes 5 days per week with a routine that includes a cardio warm-up, strength-building exercises for the upper body, lower body, and abs, and a cardio cool down.
