Diet Regime: Naomi uses a detox diet several times per year to clean out her system. The detox concoction is simply a drink of 300-500 mL of water with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and two teaspoons of maple syrup. When not detoxing she follows a gluten-free, vegetarian diet.
