Fitness Regime: Miranda works out with trainer Justin Gelband 3-4 times per week for 75 minutes. Her workouts consist of a 5-10 minute warm up followed by a 5K run. Then she uses boxing moves, resistor balls, and weights to tone up her legs. She also spends time on her core and upper body and finishes up with 15 minutes of stretching.

Diet Regime: Miranda’s diet consists of healthy carbs and lean protein for breakfast (oatmeal, egg whites, vegetables, cottage cheese, muesli, yogurt, and fruit are common choices). She eats a salad with chicken or fish for lunch, and turkey, fish, or chicken with veggies for dinner.
