Fitness Regime: Cheryl Cole worked out with a personal trainer hired by her singing group Girls Aloud. Her workouts consisted of 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by an hour of resistance training. For a time she also used a sophisticated exercise bike.

Diet Regime: Cheryl claims not to diet, but she tends to avoid carbs like bread and pasta. Her diet is mostly vegetarian. She is known to enjoy Japanese food including miso soup and edamame as well as shrimp and cod. Cheryl says she believes in pigging out once a week.
