Fitness Regime: Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been known for a consistent exercise habit but she studied pole dancing daily for 4 hours while preparing for the film “I Know Who Killed Me” and more recently she’s been working out at an LA gym working up her endurance on an elliptical machine and practicing boxing to get fit for her role in “Inferno.”

Diet Regime: Lindsay Lohan once struggled with Bulimia and is still known for problems with drugs. Some of her healthier choices include fruit smoothies and toast for breakfast, sushi or a turkey sandwich for lunch, and grilled chicken with dark green veggies for dinner. She also enjoys cauliflower cheese, green tea, and a glass of champagne in the evening.
