Fitness Regime: Lady Gaga works out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak of the Five Factor program. Following the 5-Factor guidelines, she works out for 25 minutes 5 days per week. She warms up with a 5-minute jog followed by a weight training circuit with a barbell/dumbbell combination known as the HarleyBar. She finishes up with five minutes of skipping rope. Pasternak also helps her focus on her abs with a series of crunches including the basic crunch, the reverse crunch, and the double crunch.

Diet Regime: Lady Gaga eats healthily to fuel her body for her workouts and performances. On a typical day she might eat an egg white frittata with leeks and zucchini for breakfast, a fruit lassi for a snack, an herb falafel on a bed of greens for lunch, tuna ceviche with tortilla chips for a snack, and a halibut filet with brown rice for dinner.
