Fitness Regime: Gisele Bundchen lost 30 pounds of baby weight in only a few months. Remaining active while pregnant helped the weight come off after her child was born. She practiced kung fu up until 2 weeks before delivery and practiced yoga three times per week throughout the pregnancy. Afterwards Giselle used Tracy Anderson’s dance workouts to help burn off the extra weight.

Diet Regime: Gisele made losing baby weight easier on herself by not gaining too much to begin with. While she ate more for the baby’s sake she didn’t use pregnancy as an excuse to gorge herself. Then, once Benjamin was born, she opted to breastfeed which allowed her to burn around 800 extra calories per day.
