Fitness Regime: Eva works out with a personal trainer three days per week. They do 30-45 minutes of cardio followed by light weight training. On days that she doesn’t work out she occasionally goes for a hike.

Diet Regime: Instead of paying attention to her weight, Mendes sticks to what she calls the “Jeans Diet.” In place of a scale, she owns three sizes of jeans, 27-29 and makes sure that she always fits into one of the three. Mendes bases her eating habits on the 5 Factor diet which prescribes 3 meals and 2 snacks per day focusing on low-fat, high-protein foods along with plenty of fiber, healthy fats, and complex carbs.
