Fitness Regime: Diaz is naturally tall and thin. She started exercising when she prepared for her role in “Charlie’s Angels” by studing martial arts. She now spends about an hour a day exercising. Her workouts include aerobic exercises and weight training. Cameron also enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, snow boarding, hiking, and golf.

Diet Regime: Cameron eats 5 or 6 small meals daily. She has a high-protein breakfast which might include chicken breast or eggs. Later she might have a protein shake, a salad with lean meat, fruit or nuts, and an egg white omelet or fish with veggies. Diaz allows herself junk food on occasion.
