Fitness Regime: Jodie doesn’t get into fad diets or workouts. Instead she’s a hardcore Pilates fan. She works out daily, using gentle Pilates moves to tone and strengthen her core, and running to get her heart rate up. She first got in shape after her college graduation when she couldn’t find a job and found herself sleeping too much and putting on weight. She committed herself to getting out of the lull and began going to the gym daily to practice karate, aerobics, yoga, and weight lifting. She still enjoys exercise and the discipline of her work outs. “I find my workout very meditative,” she says.
