Fitness Regime: Jamie goes to the gym three times per week, but claims she’s never run a mile. She says her body type is naturally soft in the middle (regardless of how many sit-ups she might try), but she knows she takes care of her body and has learned to be okay with how it looks having done so.

Diet Regime: Jamie dropped 20 pounds after learning she had high cholesterol by giving up foods containing large quantities of white flour and sugar such as crackers, bread, and granola (these can also be surprisingly high in fat).

Goals: Be healthy and happy after 50
