Diet Regime: Jackie recommends eating 5 small meals and 2 snacks per day. Skipping meals is definitely not an option. When shopping for food and planning her meals she chooses foods primarily based on their calorie and sugar content. She allows herself cheat days and believes if you’re going to cheat, it’s better to go all out and stuff yourself and be completely “good” the next day than to cheat just a little, too often. On a cheat day Jackie enjoys foods like ice cream and pizza.
