Fitness Regime: In general Isla doesn’t work out. She dislikes exercise, but is able to look just fine without it on account of her good genetics. Nevertheless, when she was trying to lose baby weight in time for her next film, she put herself through hard workouts with a personal trainer.

Diet Regime: Isla says she’s blessed with good genes and doesn’t have to diet, though she stays away from junk food primarily because she doesn’t like it. When she gained 60 pounds during pregnancy however, she adopted a special diet of mostly fish and veggies to drop the extra weight.
Goals: Lose the baby weight
