Fitness Regime: Hilary was once a gymnast and her body has a tendency to bulk up quickly if she lifts weights. Instead she practices Pilates to build leaner muscles. Four times per week she works out for an hour with a Pilates reformer concentrating on her lower body, legs, butt, and abs. When on tour, she also tries to work in a daily swimming workout.

Diet Regime:

After her notable weight gain at age 15, Hilary Duff adopted a healthier diet of mostly greens, fresh fruit, and lean protein. A typical daily meal plan might look like:
Breakfast: Kashi cereal with 2% milk or and egg-white omelet with feta cheese and a latte made with 2% milk.
Lunch: Caesar salad with grilled chicken and reduced fat dressing or tuna salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner: Tuna steak with grilled veggies and couscous or sushi
Snack: Handful of mixed nuts or an apple with Brie or (when she’s feeling more indulgent) chips and salsa.

Goals: Lose a few pounds and look great
