Fitness Regime: To maintain her bikini bod, Heidi works out with trainer John Damon six days per week. She does weight training for 3-5 of those days and 30 minutes of cardio (fast walking on an inclined treadmill) 4-6 times per week.

Diet Regime: Heidi follows a healthy diet that includes lean protein and a lot of vegetables. She eats 5-7 small meals each day. These might include egg whites with oatmeal, ham sandwiches made with wheat bread, sushi, and apples. She says she drinks no alcohol and tries to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
