Fitness Regime: Emily does yoga and Pilates 4-5 times per week with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. She found he exercise routine to be not only physically strengthening, but relaxing as she faced the stresses of planning a wedding.

Diet Regime: Emily is naturally thin and has trouble gaining weight. She enjoys cooking and eats plenty of carbs but without gaining much weight. For “The Devil Wears Prada” she got into character by eating a little less and consequently dropping a few pounds.

Goals: Stay slim and healthy
