Dita Von Teese
Fitness Regime: Dita keeps in shape primarily with her burlesque dance performances. She also does Pilates workouts 4-5 times weekly with her trainer Mari Windsor. She practiced ballet as a girl and has recently taken that up again as well. Dita also occasionally runs, practices yoga, and uses a small trampoline to perfect her figure.
