Derek Jeter
Fitness Regime: Derek works out regularly to keep himself in shape for his baseball games. He begins each session with calisthenic exercises like jumping jacks, arm circles, push-ups, lunges, and squats. He follows with more intense pushing and pulling exercises to promote symmetry and prevent injuries. On days when he’s not doing weight workouts, Jeter works on his speed and agility with drills that involve running and jumping.

Diet Regime: To get the energy he needs for a game without making himself too full, Jeter relies on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. His busy schedule makes it hard for him to eat regularly. During baseball season he typically eats a very lated dinner (after 11 PM) and has to eat large amounts to compensate for his tendency to drop weight. His absolute favorite dish is chicken Parmesan.
