Colin Farrell
Fitness Regime: Farrell isn’t a fan of the gym, so for “Alexander” his trainer Dale Dye created a workout he could do anywhere. For the first 2 weeks of training Farrell ran 3-5 miles every other day and toned up his muscles on the in-between days with moves like push-ups, squats, and arm curls. A month before filming he began 30-45 minute outdoor military-style drills in Morocco.

Diet Regime: Colin Farrell isn’t a regular dieter, but he has gone to extremes in order to lose weight for film roles. For “Triage” he dropped 44 pounds by subsisting on only 2 cans of tuna, black coffee, and diet coke every day.
