Chilli
Fitness Regime: Chilli exercises 4 times per week with trainer Luis George. Two of those days she spends jogging (45 minutes), sprinting (12 sets, 60-yards each), and working her abs (crunches, leg raises, toe touches). On the other two days she focuses on her legs and upper body. Exercises include leg extensions, leg presses, lunges, calf raises, push-ups, and dumbbell moves. She follows the workout with a relaxing walk.

Diet Regime: Chilli’s diet is low in carbs and includes organic meats, soy milk, eggs, turkey and bacon (without nitrates). A typical meal might be roasted chicken or turkey with sauteed green beans, onions, and brown rice.
Goals: A slim figure and plenty of energy
