Fitness Regime: Adrianne works out 3 days a week for 1 hour doing cardio and light weight training. She has not revealed the exact details, however a cardio for 20-40 minutes on treadmill or elliptical and then exercises with 5 pound dumbbells seem like a good match. General firming exercises like Squats, Triceps, Shoulder press, very high repetitions with very light weights.

Diet Regime: She has been on the popular Zone Diet for years, which is very much a Low Calorie Diet. Every meal and snack should be 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 30 per cent from protein and 30 per cent from fat. In Zone Language it is called 40:30:30 ratio.
