Diet Regime: Bertinelli used the Jenny Craig diet to help get her weight down. The Jenny Craig plan features planned-out menus but allows dieters a little freedom too. On the diet, Bertinelli was able to cut down her daily calorie intake to 1,200 in the last weeks before reaching her goal.
