Fitness Regime: Tyra’s workout routines with trainer Martin Snow are based on athletic training for boxers. She practices running drills, parachute runs, and boxing and uses a medicine ball. She works out with Snow about three times a week.

Diet Regime: Tyra eats a lot of fruits and veggies. She enjoys salads and adds lean meats such as chicken and shrimp for protein. She has a part-time chef to help her out in the evenings, but also enjoys cooking her own meals.
