Fitness Regime: Shakira trains with Tracy Anderson 6 days per week. Workouts typically include an hour of strength training followed by 40 minutes of dance. The routine changes every 10 days in order to keep her muscles guessing.

Diet Regime: Shakira’s diet includes fruit, juice, whole grain toast with light cheese, and decaf coffee or tea for breakfast, salad with lean meat and veggies with a fruit salad for lunch, veggie soup, lentils, and whole grain bread for dinner, and fruit, yogurt, tomato juice, or whole grain toast as snacks throughout the day. Shakira stays away from all alcohol, caffeine, junk food, and sweets. She doesn’t smoke and tries to get plenty of sleep.
