Diet Regime: For the first two films in the “Bridget Jones’s Diary” series, Renee had to quickly gain 28 pounds each time. She rapidly lost the weight with a combination of grueling exercise and a diet plan that might consist of fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and fish for dinner.
