Fitness Regime: Reese enjoys running and hiking to keep in shape. When hiking she gives her calves extra work by hiking backwards and carries 5-pound weights with her so she can do a little weight training on the way. Reese usually runs three miles each morning and attends YogaHop class several times per week.

Diet Regime: Reese has a tendency to use food to deal with stress, so after her divorce from Ryan Phillippe she felt the need to slim down a bit. She lost 12 pounds by adopting a healthy diet including a lot of fruits, veggies, and whole grains that complemented more intensive workouts. On a typical day she might eat a high-fiber muffin for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, and salmon with veggies for dinner.
