Diet Regime: Michelle’s trainers counsel her to eat only two low-carb meals per day with no dairy fat and limited fruit. 3 daily snacks are allowed (1/2 a Clif or Kashi Go Lean bar or hemp bread with soy cheese).Their goal is to help women like Michelle to reach body fat levels of 13% (a little extreme considering the normal level for elite athletes is 14-18%).
