Fitness Regime: Madonna works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson six days per week for 2-3 hours. The workout includes at least 40 minutes of cardio (treadmill aerobics or trampoline dancing) and about an hour and a half of Pilates-based toning exercises.

Diet Regime: Madonna has her own macrobiotic chef to prepare her meals. She eats mainly vegetables and fish and no dairy, processed foods, or sweets, though Madonna does reportedly have a weakness for toffee pudding and allows herself the occasional indulgence.
