Fitness Regime: Lisa Rinna keeps in shape by working out at least 4 days per week. She loves variety in her workouts. She might run, do yoga or spinning or a dance-related workout like the S Factor. She also enjoys the occasional game of tennis with her husband Harry.

Diet Regime: Lisa doesn’t follow any particular diet plan rigidly. She tries to avoid carbs but doesn’t deprive herself of them entirely. She also eats Zone meals for dinner. Instead of sticking to the typical actress meal plan of only chicken, fish, veggies, fruit and other healthy choices, she lets herself eat things she enjoys, but watches the amounts. For a healthy snack Lisa goes for Balance Bars or apples with soy butter. If instead she feels like being “bad” she’ll indulge in her love for potato chips of all sorts.

Goals: Look great after 40
