Diet Regime: In addition to adding more exercise to her schedule, Kim modified her diet to lose her last 10 pounds. She eats a hearty breakfast and avoids some of her unhealthy favorites like enchiladas and cheeseburgers. Instead Kim focuses on macrobiotic foods like tofu, whole grains, veggies, fruit, and fish – a diet that is generally low in fat and high in fiber.
